How long does it take to fill a prescription?

Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your prescriptions after checkout. While several of our compounds are available to ship within 24-48 hours, some custom compounds may take longer depending on your prescriber’s orders, supply chain availability, or specific storage and shipping requirements of your medication.

Can I request a custom compounded medication that is not listed on your website?

Yes. Providers may submit a compound inquiry through the Prescriber Inquiry form to request a customized formulation, strength, or dosage form. As a 503A compounding pharmacy, we prepare patient-specific compounded medications based on valid prescriptions and clinical need. Our pharmacists are available to discuss formulation options, stability, turnaround time, and pricing.
