Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your prescriptions after checkout. While several of our compounds are available to ship within 24-48 hours, some custom compounds may take longer depending on your prescriber’s orders, supply chain availability, or specific storage and shipping requirements of your medication.
Valor Compounding Pharmacy does not directly bill insurers. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed by sending in a claim form. Many insurance companies cover compounded prescriptions. However, we suggest that you contact your insurance company to learn about your specific coverage. We can provide you with an insurance claim form that you may send to your carrier upon request.
Yes! Patients will begin to receive automated text notifications once payment is confirmed. Patients also receive notifications when their order is verified, prepared for shipping, and shipped. Once shipped, an email with FedEx tracking for the package is also sent.
Valor currently accepts credit, debit, HSA, and FSA card payments. We do not accept cash or checks.
Yes, patients may choose to enroll in the automatic refill program. Once enrolled, your next compound order will be automatically billed to the card on file and prepared to ship. Patients are responsible for promptly notifying Valor of any changes to contact or shipping information. Controlled substances are generally not eligible for automatic refill, and we may need to contact your provider before each fill.
Patients can update their automatic refill status by logging in to Tabz or by emailing or calling Valor and requesting a change.
All orders inside of California include free 2-day shipping. Out of state orders are $10 for next-day shipping.
Payment is collected before compounding begins because each prescription is custom-prepared specifically for an individual patient. Once the medication is compounded, it cannot be restocked, resold, or returned, so payment must be secured in advance before resources and ingredients are used.
