Staff Training
Compounding personnel must complete structured onboarding, finish compliance trainings, and demonstrate competency before working independently. Training includes orientation, safety courses, supervised task practice, and documentation using standard checklists. Annual re-evaluations and training are required to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.

Standard Operating Procedures
We review all our standard operating procedures annually to ensure high-quality practice and prioritize needed updates. A structured change‑control process ensures staff are informed and trained on each new or revised procedure. All our documents are stored in secure portals and archived according to all applicable regulatory requirements and Good Documentation Practice.

Compounding Documentation
Formulation and compounding records for each preparation document complete ingredient details and quality‑control procedures used for every batch and meet all standards set by USP and the California Board of Pharmacy. We hold all staff responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records. Our pharmacists review all records for completeness before product release.

Quality Control
We use only high‑quality active pharmaceutical ingredients, each supported by a certificate of analysis verifying purity and confirming specifications. Our compounding staff performs potency, quality, and safety checks on all finished compounds before they are dispensed. Pharmacists are required to visually inspect and record the consistency and accuracy of all batches.
