How do I start ordering compounded medications from Valor?
Patients can start by asking their healthcare provider - MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, or DDS - to send a prescription directly to Valor. Providers can e-prescribe through any standard EHR using Valor's NCPDP ID, fax a prescription to 855-205-8456, or call 855-554-2889 to place an order by phone. New prescribers can register their profile in under 5 minutes. Once the prescription is received, Valor prepares, packages, and ships the compound directly to the patient's home.
